When purchasing your package, you received an email confirming your registration. If you did not receive a confirmation message, please contact us at info@C2MTL.com.

Following your registration, your email address was added to our emailing list. Newsletters are sent to participants before the event and contain all relevant information for your attendance.

A pass, valid for the duration of the event, will be given to you when you check-in upon presentation of the confirmation message you received when purchasing your package.

The C2-MTL village of innovation is located on the site of a (very) freshly renovated 19th-century industrial complex called the New City Gas, in the Griffintown neighbourhood just south of downtown Montreal and west of Old-Montreal. Address: 172, Dalhousie St.

How to get there: Take rue de l’Inspecteur from Notre-Dame St. The entrance to the site is on William, between Ann and Dalhousie, just west of University.

If you request a cancellation within (i) 45 days within the date of purchase and (ii) 60 days prior to the event (“Refund Deadline”), a refund will be processed in the same manner in which payment was made (credit card, cheque, etc.), less a processing fee of $350 per ticket. If you request a cancellation (i) after the “Refund Deadline” and (ii) earlier than 10 days prior to the event (“Credit Deadline”), a credit for the same value will be granted to be used toward the 2013 edition of the event. “Credit Deadline” tickets may only be transferred to a substitute participant. All cancellation requests must be made in writing. No cancellations will be allowed after the event date. We reserve the right to cancel the event, and if this occurs, we shall refund the total fee paid.

On the C2-MTL site, you will discover a series of Montreal culinary artisans who will be on-site all day: Agnus Dei, Crudescence, Grumman 78 and Müvbox. The May 22^nd evening meal is included. If you feel like going out, visit the Tourism Montreal website for recommendations.

There is no dress code for C2-MTL; attendees can wear whatever they feel comfortable in. We suggest a business-casual look that is appropriate for networking in a creative business setting. Wear a tie at your own risk.

Part of the event is outdoors. We have umbrellas and b-plans, but you might want to check out the weather before you leave your hotel in the morning.

We strongly recommend you walk, take a cab or take a bixi to avoid any unforeseen complications, as there is some cumbersome construction around the site. However, if you want to risk it, there is a valet service (at extra cost) at the entrance on William St.
